50 years of Bond
My son got his first exposure to James Bond on Sunday with the 007 video montage that was shown at the Oscars. Questionably inappropriate material for a 5-year-old? Uh, yeah. But a piece of British culture that my husband eagerly wanted to pass down.
I couldn’t find said video montage online, but found this excellent look at the past 50 years of Bond.
Who’s your favorite James Bond? I have to say Daniel Craig is mine.

I used to hate the James Bond movies (apart from Thunderball which I saw in the cinema and I think I may have been underage at the time!) but since the Daniel Craig versions have come along, I’ve become a fan! I do hope when his time is up they won’t go back to the comic-book style again.
Agreed – there is some real depth to the Daniel Craig versions. I’m hoping he’ll remain Bond for a while longer…
He was signed for five movies, I think.
Ah, that’s good news (although am hoping for a few more than that).
