  1. Amazing how many regional dishes there are. The Hevva cake loks rather good! A Kentish favorite growing up was gyspy tart – pure sugar, but very tasty!

  2. I’ve only had #13 and #18, and #7 is the only other one I’ve heard of. Might have to look at the recipes and make some of these.

    Many years ago, I found a receipe for cranachan and set of to the shops to buy the ingredients. Alas, I was thinking too much about the food and not enough about driving. I had a crash on the way, so never got to make it!
