In honor of National Afternoon Tea Week this week, check out The Independent’s 50 best tea rooms! I’m sad to say I haven’t been to any of these (I’ve only ever been to the Ritz Hotel in London for tea!) but will add them to my list for a future visit!

I like that they’ve gone much farther afield than London. I’ve been to Betty’s and Chatsworth, and the Orchard in Grantchester. But I’m sure there are many, many more gems hidden in small British towns!
ooh! i can’t say i’ve been to many tea rooms, but this makes me want to get going! 🙂
